I was recently asked by the NSPCC to cover a charity dance event (much in the same vein as a well known dance themed TV show aired on BBC 1) being held at what used to be my old high school, now a rebuilt brand spanking new fancy pants academy with vending machines and everything. Naturally, I jumped at the chance to do my bit. I thought it would be a really nice idea, while I was there, to put my much unused and sadly neglected lighting kit to good use and shoot some portraits of each of the couples taking part, which I did very quickly during the brief but opportune gaps in the evening’s hectic schedule. You can see the results below. The event was a great success, raising around £8000 for a super worthy cause. Well done to all involved!
